So I bought The Winter Trend Set just before Christmas and when I decided to make this blog post, I went onto the Sleek website to check out the name and was so surprised to see that it's still available. Even better... It's on sale! Was £29.45 NOW £17.99

I've always liked the packaging of Sleek products, especially for the price, I think it's really good quality.
As you can see from the makeup bag, it's just big enough to hold the products that it comes with. I haven't personally used it at all since I bought it, but I think it was a really nice touch to the kit. And I will probably use it when I go away for a weekend in order to travel light!
As you can see from the palette, all of the colours are really pigmented and although it's a "winter trend" palette, I think a lot of these colours can be worn well into the summer months.
The eye shadows are really buttery and easy to blend. I've also found that with a damp brush eyeshadow brush, you can make the colours a lot more intense and some of them even look like foil when this technique is used.
These palettes alone are normally £7.99, so this kit is definitely worth the price!

For me, this lip colour is perfect! I love dark lips, especially in the winter months. I also love matte lip products because I find that they last a lot longer on the lips and it's very easy to eat and drink without the products being disturbed.
That being said, I found the formular a little too drying for my taste. It won't stop me from wearing it but I'll probably prepare my lips with Vaseline next time!
The biggest surprise for me out of this while kit was the mascara!!! It's amazing!!!
The wand is quite unique, it's a plastic/rubber brush that goes to almost a ball at the end. It reminds me of Benefit's they're real in the way that it manages to cost every single lash from corner to corner and adds a lot of volume and length to the lashes.
